Establishing a New Owner Account
The Virgin Valley Water District sees an Owner as someone who has purchased a parcel of land and has assumed responsibility for all water related billing and charges. The following is the required document packet that may be mailed, faxed, emailed or presented to a VVWD representative in person.
STEP 1: SERVICE APPLICATION
The completion of a Owner Water Service Application is required for all new account applicants.
STEP 2: PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
Proof of ownership must be submitted at time of application and would include, but not be limited to, a copy of the Deed, assessor’s real property recorder showing ownership, or the Escrow closing statement.
STEP 3: APPLICATION FEE
There is a $25.00 service charge to process the application.
