Virgin Valley Water District to Reopen Office to Public on February 22, 2021.

The Virgin Valley Water District (District) appreciates your patience during these trying times. The District will reopen its office to the public on Monday, February 22. Doors will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).

The District will continue to follow public health recommendations from the Southern Nevada Health District and the Centers for Disease Control. Measures taken to protect customers and staff include: installation of protective glass barriers at each customer service counter location, customers must wear masks to enter the building, staff must wear masks in public areas, enhanced cleaning procedures will be performed, and customers and staff will be encouraged to wash/sanitize hands and maintain a safe distance from one another.

District staff will be available via telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to take payments and answer questions. Non-contact payment methods include online through Xpress Bill Pay; ACH automatic checking withdrawals; and drop boxes located at Walmart, Reliance Connects, OPD5 Mesquite office, AFCU main office, and in front of the District’s offices.
