Establishing a New Renter Account

The Virgin Valley Water District sees a Tenant as someone who is renting or leasing a property and has assumed responsibility for all water related billing and charges in lieu of the owner.

SERVICE APPLICATION

The completion of a water service application and a rental agreement is required for all new renters.

Application for Water Service (Rental)

    There is a $25.00 service charge to process the application that will be added to your first bill.

    RENTAL AGREEMENT
     

    Applicant shall provide the District with a rental agreement with applicant name(s) and property address and should be emailed to customerservice@vvh2o.com.

    AGREEMENT
     

    Charges for water usage and base fees will be billed in accordance with the district rate scale and effective at the time of usage. Failure to receive a bill does not remove your responsibility for payment by due date. Bills will become delinquent after the 15th day of each month. Late Charges are assessed to all delinquent accounts the day after it is due. Monthly bill plus the late charge not received by the district 10 days after it is due will be disconnected and accumulate a reconnection fee to restore service.

    To the best of my knowledge, everything on this application is correct and by submitting this Application to the District for domestic water service at the above indicated service address and start date I agree to abide by the current “Rules, Regulations & Rates” including amendments and revisions as may be adopted by the Board of Directors.
