To become a customer of Virgin Valley Water District, our Sign Up for Service page shows the water application process.

In June 2018 the Virgin Valley Water District partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to accept payments for the District’s water customers accounts.

  • Xpress Bill Pay is and continues to bring enhancements to the services they provide to our customers. In January of 2019, they began offering the ability to receive Text Notification to let you know about statements, payment and auto pays. To sign up to receive texts, simply log into your account and edit your notification preferences under Account Settings.
  • Pay on the Go, download the Xpress Bill Pay app to your mobile device. It is currently available to all IOS phone users, and in the near future will be available to all android users as well.

If you are already a customer, view your customer account balance, set up payment options to pay your bill, see your payment and water history, or go paperless by logging onto the Xpress Bill Pay site.

The District’s current monthly billing rates are available for viewing under Rates & Billing.
