Office Closure: The District’s offices are still housed in the temporary office trailer in front of the headquarters building. The offices will continue to be closed to walk-in traffic (for bill payments, new service, service cancellations, etc.) until the renovated building is operational towards the end of July. Until then, we ask our customers to continue to utilize our web site, the mail drop box, or call our customer service staff.
Northwest Tank Project: Construction has started on the Northwest Tank Project, a two million gallon welded steel storage tank to primarily serve the Sun City Mesquite area. Earthwork is currently ongoing to the east of Mesquite Heights (Dump) Road, about one mile north of Mesquite. Construction is expected to be complete in October 2020.
Northwest Transmission Line Project: Construction is expected to start in mid-June 2020 and last until December 2020. The project consists of installing a 24” ductile iron pipe transmission line from the Northwest Tank to the intersection of Falcon Ridge Parkway and Sidewinder Drive in Sun City Mesquite.
Well 26A: Construction is expected to start in early July 2020 and last until November 2020. The project consists of construction of a well house, installing a pump and motor, site improvements, perimeter fencing, and landscaping.
