Dear customers,

Like all of you, we are closely monitoring the threat and impact in our community due to the effects of the potential presence of COVID-19. As this situation evolves, we are assessing how to best keep ourselves and those around us healthy and safe. To those ends, Virgin Valley Water District is taking a proactive step towards prevention of the spread of this virus.

Effective immediately (Wednesday, March 18, 2020) our office will be closed to the public until further notice. Please utilize other means of communication if you do need to have contact with us.

  • Call our on-call number at 702.682.3480 for water emergencies or leak reporting.
  • Call in to make payments with your credit/debit card or checking account.
  • Drop payments or communications into the external box, located between the permanent VVWD building (which is under construction) and the temporary office trailer, at any time.
  • Utilize for account information or payments.
  • Any business requiring face to face communication (plan reviews, etc) will require an appointment. Please call our office.


Need more time to pay? Please call for payment arrangements. We will always work with customers as long as we have communication.

Our office will continue to update our website as changes take place. Please utilize it as much as possible for questions and/or comments. Know that we are taking all possible steps to maintain safe and uninterrupted water service during these uncertain times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate this challenging time.
