The Board of Directors adopted the following fee structure 8-15-06; Effective 9-1-06:
| Subdivision Plans | $2.50 per lot | $50.00 minimum |
| Multi-Family | $2.50 per living unit | $50.00 minimum |
| Commercial Buildings | $50.00 per building | |
| Single-Family Dwelling | $50.00 per living unit | |
| Road Improvements with Water | $2.50 per 100 ft | $50.00 minimum |
| Misc. Improvements without Water | $50.00 |
